Indigenous Leadership Team

The ILT is a diverse group of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander employees in leadership roles who represent CommBank’s key business areas. The ILT supports CommBank’s Indigenous Employee Network and provides cultural advice across the Bank informing our services, products and programs.

Indigenous Advisory Council

The IAC provides advice to the Bank to deliver on our RAP and broader Indigenous affairs matters and guides the development of new approaches to drive social impact. Representation includes key internal leadership from across CommBank and external Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander leaders.
